Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak periods (sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Canada

We ship across all provinces and territories in Canada using trusted carriers such as UPS.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available on orders of $250 or more (before tax).

ONTARIO: 

• A flat shipping rate of $20 for Standard Shipping will apply to orders under $250.
• A flat shipping rate of $30 for Express Shipping will apply to orders under $250.

OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO:

• Shipping rates are carrier-based.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak volume periods. Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows an issue or delay, please contact the carrier first. If further support is needed, reach out to us and we will assist where possible.
